2. Using this website
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes such as planning a visit. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, access it with automated tools at a scale that burdens our servers, or use it unlawfully.
3. Tickets & admission
Ticket prices, opening hours, and daily programs may change and are confirmed at the point of purchase. Talks and feedings are offered in good faith and may occasionally be adjusted or cancelled for the wellbeing of our animals, staffing, or weather. Please review any refund or exchange terms provided at checkout before you buy.
Programs involving live animals can change at short notice. We do our best to keep the day's timetable running, but the comfort and health of our animals always comes first.
4. Visitor conduct & animal welfare
To keep animals and visitors safe, we ask that you follow all on-site signage and staff instructions, stay on marked paths, keep noise low near habitats, and do not feed or touch animals except during activities where staff invite you to do so. We may decline entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who puts animals or other visitors at risk.
5. Content & ownership
The text, layout, illustrations, and original graphics on the Site belong to Pinehaven Koala Sanctuary and are protected by law. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit, but please don't republish substantial portions without permission.
6. Third-party links
We sometimes link to other websites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or entirely without errors.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pinehaven Koala Sanctuary won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain consumer rights.
